Every item from Honest Desires Farm and Honest Bloom Studio is lovingly handmade and carefully packaged. Because of the delicate nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund guidelines before placing your order.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
• No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

Due to their made-to-order nature, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Custom designs and personalized pieces
• Live plants and floral arrangements
• Edible goods

These items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery. Include:

• A photo of the damage
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly, either through a replacement or refund.

Non-custom, non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Securely packaged to prevent damage

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny a refund if returned items show signs of wear, damage, or are unsellable.

Natural materials such as pressed flowers, botanicals, and hand-painted finishes may show slight variations in color, shape, or texture. These are not considered defects—they are part of the artistic process and the uniqueness of each piece.
